At the northern edge of the Notlandsvatnet recreational area, just about at the end of the narrow road you find Kvednaflåt, a holiday paradise. It is easy to reach from Stavanger (1hr by car) and Eigersund (30 minutes), and Helleland (15 minutes), yet well secluded with grounds of nearly 100 hectares (250 acres), consisting of lawns, pastures woodland lakes and uplands.

The main building can accomodate 32 guests, with an additional 8 places in the cabin.

Around the main building there are lawns which offer the opportunity for games, football, volleyball, swings, and of course BBQ.

At the edge of the lake there is a small beach and a jetty. For the use of the guests there are 6 canoes, a rowboat, a waterbicycle, and a variety of buoyancy aids. Please bring your own fishing rod.
