WWOOF - World Wide Opportunities on Organic Farms
Kvednaflaat is registered on www.wwoofnorway.org as well as HelpX.net. WWOOF helps work volunteers get in touch with organic farms, throughout the world. Kvednaflaat is not a typical WWOOF property, as no farming has taken place on the property for at least 50 years. We do not grow our own food, but we do have some fruit, as well as some bees. There is a large mature woodland and also lots of self-seeded wood, requiring lots of maintenance.

- Cutting down trees. and processing them into planks and firewood.
- Repairing fencing
- Replacing floating dock
- Painting outdoors
- Installing damp protection in the basement
- Looking into the bee hives for those interested.
- Writing instruction manuals (pumphouse maintenance, firealarm operation, guest info etc).
